The property has 1450 acres of very good native and improved Bermuda grasses for pasturing livestock. There are currently 600 Angus cows on the ranch which provide Certified Organic beef.  The purchase of the cattle for the property is a negotiable item. There are 7 wells with electric and solar pumps and 5 big watering holes as well as stream water for the livestock. The pasture has new 5 and 6 wire steel post fences and is cross fenced.  There are also 5 sets of corrals for working the cattle.
A herd of Bucking Bull Cows capable of raising NFR and PBR quality bulls has been started on the property.  A dairy site is also available on the property.
